Sig Sauer CROSS-PRS 308 Win 24″ Barrel 10+1

The Sig Sauer CROSS-PRS bolt action rifle chambered in 308 WIn is specifically designed for long range precision competition shooting. While the original Cross was designed as a light weight hunting rifle, the PRS (Precision Rifle System) is intended for competition where added weight is welcome. The CROSS-PRS features a folding adjustable steel frame stock, and steel 18″ free floating two-piece M-Lok handguard that employs an integrated Arca Swiss rail for attaching bipods and other support devices, with a 24″ stainless steel heavy contour 5R barrel with a 1:10 twist that is threaded for your choice of muzzle device.

This additional weight is carefully balanced to provide stability and mitigate recoil. The Cross employs a one-piece receiver and chassis with a reliable 60° throw, three lug bolt fed by a 10 round polymer magazine. Ergonomically the PRS delivers with a forward angle PRS style grip and folding stock that is precision adjustable without tools for length of pull, butt pad height and cheek rest height. A 2-stage adjustable (2.5-4.5lbs) match grade trigger sends rounds downrange. The CROSS-PRS is optic ready with an integrated Picatinny rail. Sig Sauer has done an outstanding job of adding the features competition shooters want without exceeding the $2,500 price cap required to qualify for the Production Division of the Precision Rifle Series.
